Project management support

Based on buyer's requirements, we manage the product development, production and delivery process. On a pre-defined frequency, we report on the project progress and advise if any alternative actions are required.

Product Testing

Through our special arrangement with a network of laboratories in the region, we help buyers get products tested effectively and efficiently. We shall be managing the entire testing process, including performance test witnessing to ensure that this is done with the lowest cost and a fast turn-around time.

Packaging/documentation survey

Our inspectors hold initial contacts with suppliers about your packing requirements, check the execution on the necessary items based on a pre-informed packing list. Photos are taken to confirm the compliance in documentation or packaging labels and marks. A full report is forwarded to buyer as confirmation of compliance in export documentation

Pre Shipment Inspection

Our inspectors sample the product lot based on pre-defined AQL sampling plan, and perform inspection on the products. Generally they come up with a report on PASS or FAIL.

Supplier Assessment

In order to ensure that the supplier maintains their management system and upholds his product quality, there is a need to audit the supplier on a regular basis to ensure that he can cope with the changes which are going to affect him.

Our very experienced assessor will perform an assessment on the supplier based on an agreed set of audit criteria (which could be simply ISO 9001). An in-depth report will be presented to the buyer updating on the status of the supplier, be it positive or negative. Our service is positioned to be totally neutral.
